We have a ASPNET MVC site hosted in IIS 10. Our web.config file size is around 50KB. Once we restart IIS (when any new assembly changes moved), the initial time taken by the IIS to load the website is too slow (around 1- 2 minutes).
Is the size of the web.config be one of the reason for the slow initial load ?
