I just want to monitor the availability of two virtual machines in azure. I just need a notification when they are down. I went to Monitor --> Create alert and created notification profile as well. I selected "whenever the administrative log "power off virtual machine" option. I was not sure of what alert criteria to select as there were many. Could someone suggest whether this is right? I just need an alert when the machine goes down.
