I'm trying to run disk cleanup on a windows 2008 r2 server we're using for remote desktop services, but it doesn't seem to be able to clean up system files (I clicked the system files button to enable it). The server has disk quotas for users and it seems to apply even to administrators with the effect being that the tool doesn't seem to be able to see the system files. When I run disk cleanup again after running it, the system files still show up as taking up space. How can I clean these files for real? thanks
