I have a clean install of PfSense on VirtualBox that im using to load balance two 25/10mpbs fiber connections from the same isp. and while the load balancing does in fact work. for some reason, the second connection only being used by about 30% while the other is maxed out.
for example, here I was doing a speed test (using speedtest.net with multi-connection)
and here I was downloading a test file from https://www.thinkbroadband.com/download using FreeDownloadManager with 10 connections.
