no matter how i deploy, the website is not updated. ftp deploy, vs2019 deploy, i always get "Hey, .NET Core developers!" page. I uploaded new files, they do not show. if i stop the website yes i get an error. yes im uploading to the right publish profile and right ftp. but site is not updating at all.
