while installing the update KB4487026 on a Windows Server 2016 machine the virtual machine crashed (I think the update was not the reason).
After booting the VM up again, the update was listed as installed successfully, but it definitely didn't.
There are lots of unnormal behaviours on this machine and if I try to deinstall the update it fails with assembly not found.
I also tried sfc but the command is not able to start anymore.
So, is there a way to rerun the KB4487026 installation? Or any other possible solutions?
