I have an 18.04 Ubuntu server with Nginx sites. When I analyze my log (nginx, php, mysql, drupal syslog, ...) I enter the terminal cat and the path to the log file.
The result is really ugly and hard to read for a human.
Are there open sourse programs accessible from my browser (preferably with a Bootstrap-based theme) to centralize and analyze logs in real time?
I'm looking for something light, without a database, I do not need to store the log, I want to read them. I want it to be accessible from a subdomain.
I found these 2 programs :
https://github.com/ARCANEDEV/LogViewer
This one is not up to date :

ubuntu security virtualhost syslog
